When will my preorder ship?
Preorder items are made just for you!
Processing time is 1–14 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends & holidays) and shipping is 4–5 business days after processing is complete.
If you need your item for an event or trip, please place your order 3–4 weeks in advance to make sure it arrives on time 💕
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated processing timeline.

Can I speed up my preorder or get rush shipping?
At the moment, we do not offer rush processing on preorders.

How do I know if my preorder has shipped?
As soon as your preorder ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number to your email/phone.

Can I cancel a preorder?
Since preorder items are made specially for you, we’re unable to cancel once your order is placed.

Can I return or exchange a preorder item?
Preorders are eligible for exchange only if unworn and in original condition.

My tracking hasn’t updated yet — is that normal?
Yes! Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive your shipping email.
Once in transit, updates will appear automatically 💗
