Shipping Policy:

 

We are NOT liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once your order is handed over to USPS, all claims and investigations must be made directly with the shipping carrier. USPS provides coverage for certain lost or damaged parcels — if your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, you can file a claim with USPS at 1-800-275-8777.

 

For international customers, please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes are not included and not charged by Y2Koded. If you are unsure of any additional fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.

 

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for paying a reshipment fee. Orders will not be resent until this fee is paid.

 

Reshipment fees typically range from $10–$15 (US) and $40–$50 (international) depending on weight.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

Refunds and Cancellations:

 

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.

Processing Policy:

 

Our current processing time for orders is 1–14 business days (Monday–Friday). Occasionally, processing may take a little longer — especially during sales, restocks, or high-volume periods. Shipping is an additional 4-5 business days.

 

📌 Important: If you are ordering for an event, trip, or special occasion, please place your order at least 3–4 weeks in advance to ensure you receive it on time.

 

 

Address Changes:

 

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order ships.

Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to make any address changes.
