We want you to love your Y2K products! If something isn’t perfect, returns and exchanges are quick and simple — just follow the guidelines below.
U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY
Return for Store Credit
• Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to return their item(s) for store credit.
• A $7.99 return processing fee will be deducted from the store credit amount.
Instant Exchange
• Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.
• A $12.99 handling fee applies for exchanges (covers repackaging, restocking, and processing).
If the returned items do not meet our return requirements listed below, the return will be denied and the customer will be responsible for return shipping to receive the item back.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For customers outside of the U.S. —
All sales are final.
At this time, we cannot accept international returns or exchanges, but we’re actively working on solutions for the future!
PRODUCT RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To keep everyone safe and our quality top-tier, returned items must be:
• Unused
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Scent-free & stain-free
• In original packaging
• With all tags attached
• Free of tampering, damage, or attempts to reattach packaging
📌 Our returns team has the right to deny any return that does not meet the above requirements.
If a return is denied, no store credit or exchange will be issued, and the customer will be asked to cover the return shipping fee.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during a sale or discounted promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
NO REFUNDS
Y2Koded does not offer refunds — returns are issued as store credit only, and exchanges follow the policy above.
