When will I get my order?
Since this is a preorder, production will begin immediately after purchased. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing, production, and shipping. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way! 😃

Due to hygiene and customization, all sales are final.
Do you accept returns or exhanges?
Due to the nature of preorders, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 on all orders. However, shipping is FREE when you on orders of $45 or more!

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY OR PICKUP?
Not at this time — all orders are shipped directly to your address through tracked USPS or UPS shipping. We currently do not offer local delivery or pickup options.

How do I measure anklet sizes?
Use a soft measuring tape to measure around your ankle. Choose the size that matches your measurement for the best fit.
What if I ordered the wrong anklet size?
Please contact us immediately if you've realized you ordered the wrong size. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to make adjustments.
